The Love of Money is a Heart Issue
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matthew 6:20
Look at the Heart
You start by looking at how you reacted and responded to your parent’s decisions about money. Did you dishonor them by judging them for the way they chose to spend their money?
You may have acted as if you were honoring them, but if inside you were angry with them then blessings will not follow.
